Complimentary Hotel Room

For qualifying retailers who register before January 6th, Chex will provide you with up to (1) night of complimentary hotel accommodations on January 28th. If you choose to stay additional nights, requests can be made at the time of registration; however, additional nights will be at your own expense and based on availability at the discounted group rate.

As of January 6th, retailers are responsible for booking their own hotel rooms. If you need to cancel your room, please email marketing@chexfoods.com. Rooms canceled after January 13th will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

To qualify for complimentary hotel accommodations during Chexpo, retailers must meet the following buying requirements:
Place a Chexpo show order totaling $8000 or more.

NOTE: Hotel will be charged back to you if the minimum is not met.
